After Padron and Pitpit, Monokini Kantin brings a new world of flavors to our local scene: the world of tapas. Ádám Garai's kitchen is based on the natural fusion of Spanish and Japanese gastronomy: ramen during the day, tapas in the evening with reimagined Eastern and Mediterranean flavors - both precise and casual, dense and free, like the streets of Barcelona or a Tokyo subway car.
